Director of Growth and Development/Owner

Kayla Meyer-Greuel, MSW, CAPSW

Kayla received her bachelor's degree in social work from Marian University in 2016 and her master's from Loyola in 2017. In her free time, Kayla enjoys going to baseball games, traveling and watching reality tv. Her role in Community Works is staff supervision, program development and coordinating client services.

Director of Community Relations/Owner

Adrea Hilbert, BS

Adrea went to St. Norbert College and received her bacherlor's degree in Education. After several years, Adrea decided to pursue her passion working with kids and families and joined the Community Works team. She enjoys being with her family and summer time. Adrea's role is to supervise staff, coordinate events, and direct practice.

Program Enrichment Coordinator

Morgan Raube, MSW

Morgan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master's in Social Work. At Community Works, Morgan serves both youth and adult clients in skill-building individual sessions, provides parent coaching, and coordinates the respite drop-in program. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, reading, and watching movies with her cat.

Social and Emotional Learning Specialist

McKenzie Hintz, MSW

After high school, Kenzie attended Marian University, where she was introduced to Community Works through her internship to finish her bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW). In May of 2023, Kenzie received her master’s degree from UW- Oshkosh with a major in Social Work specializing in mental health. At Community Works, she assists individuals, in schools and in the community, with mental health and behavioral challenges, allowing them to apply what they learn in sessions to everyday life.

Youth Services Mentor

Kennedy Meyer

Kennedy is currently student at University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, studying Special Education. Kennedy enjoys working with youth and still gets excited about coaching children in individual skill building and small groups. In her free time, Kennedy enjoys spending time with her friends and watching TikTok.
